30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Method

All returns must be shipped by mail to our warehouse address.

Item Condition

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Restocking Fee: No restocking fee.

Sale & Clearance Items

Sale and clearance items are eligible for returns under the same conditions as regular items. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective/Incorrect Items: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
• Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service at support@nextteelab.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return (include photos if item is defective).
3. We will email you return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
4. Ship the item back to the address provided using your preferred carrier.
