30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This return policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.

If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or design, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In new, unworn, and unwashed condition
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us at support@nextteelab.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
  4. If approved, you will receive a full refund or a free reprint. In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

If you simply changed your mind about your purchase:

  1. Contact us at support@nextteelab.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Our team will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label.
  4. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Return Method

All returns are processed by mail. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided by us for all approved returns — you do not need to pay for return shipping.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after 30 days
